How to order
1. Is registration required to place an order?
To make a purchase, you need to register by creating your own account. You can do this during your first purchase. Make sure to save your login credentials for future access.
Once you’ve created your account, check your inbox—you will receive an email from us with your credentials.
2. How can I search for an item?
You can search for an article in many different ways:
- Search using a keyword: Enter a keyword in the search bar at the top and click the magnifying glass. You'll see a list of related results. The keyword can be a color (e.g., red), a series (e.g., glitter), a fabric (e.g., cotton), or an effect (e.g., neon).
- Search using the drop-down menu at the top right: Select a category, then the series, and confirm by clicking the magnifying glass.
- Search using filters: On the left side, you’ll find search filters divided by: category (accessories and series), price range, application by fabric type, effect, and color.
3. What payment methods can I use?
You can pay for your orders using a credit card (Mastercard and VISA), PayPal, Satispay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash on delivery, or bank transfer.
4. Does cash on delivery involve additional fees?
If you choose cash on delivery, there will be an additional fee of €3.50.
Return and Refund
1. Within how many days can I return an item?
You can make a full or partial return free of charge within 14 days from the delivery date. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.
2. How can I make the return?
- Send an email to info@b-flexcraft.com specifying “Refund Request” in the subject line. In the text of the email specify First Name, Last Name, Order Number, Date of Purchase and Reason for Return. Specify whether you wish to request a return of the entire order or only a part of it, and if so, clearly indicate which products you intend to return.
- We will reply you directly to the email about the handling of the claim.
- The return procedure will be activated within 3 working days.
3. Refund Procedure
If you have made a return, the refund will be processed once the return procedure is completed and within the time frame established by your chosen payment method:
- Did you pay with PayPal?
You will receive the refund for the returned items directly to your PayPal account. - Did you pay by credit card?
The refund will be issued to the same credit card. - Did you pay in advance by bank transfer?
The refund will be made to the same bank account. - Did you pay cash on delivery?
The refund will be made via bank transfer. Please provide your IBAN by sending an email to return@b-flexcraft.com, including the reference of your return request in the subject line.
Delivery and Shipping
1. Shipping Times
Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed and handed over to the courier within 72 hours.
You will receive another email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.
We offer standard delivery via express courier within 3 business days.
Deliveries to islands and remote areas may take 5 or more business days.
We also ship internationally!
2. Free shipping
Free shipping is available for orders starting from €89 within Italy, including the islands.
3. Couriers
The couriers we rely on in Italy are GLS, TNT, FedEx and Poste Italiane Delivery.
4. Delivery at a Pick-up Point
You can choose to have your order delivered to a service point of your choice, such as post offices, tobacconists, shops, or lockers affiliated with Poste Italiane and TNT / FedEx.
During the checkout process, select "Delivery to a service point", then click the "Select a service point" button. A map will appear showing the list of active locations. Choose the most convenient service point from the list.
Place your order. You will receive a confirmation email with the delivery address you selected.
This service is not available for cash on delivery payments.

1. How do I enter the discount code?
You can enter the discount code during checkout in the dedicated box.

2. How can I receive your catalog with actual material samples?
The catalog with real material samples is intended for the professional market and includes more series than those offered to the Craft sector, which targets specialists in workwear, sportswear, or professional clothing.
The sample swatches reflect the quality of the material you can feel firsthand, and the cost is €17.
Send us a message through our chat expressing your interest in acquiring the catalog with the sample swatches, and you will receive a link to the relevant page where you can add your copy to the cart.
3. How to contact us

4. How can I request a copy of my receipt?
Write an e-mail to amministrazione@b-flexcraft.com specifying your order number and your social security number. Etro 5 business days we will send you a copy of the receipt in your e-mail.
