ECO PASPORT certified for safe contact with children’s skin, this highly versatile product is suitable for all DTF films and, thanks to its advanced formula, ensures elasticity and coverage while maintaining a soft feel to the touch. When stored according to the provided instructions*, the adhesive does not form lumps and spreads smoothly over the film, ensuring a consistently even and flawless application.

Another key advantage is its excellent melting point and its ability to dry at low temperatures, starting from 110°C, which reduces processing times. Thanks to these features, B-FLEX’s DTF film adhesive is ideal for ensuring high wash resistance and excellent, long-lasting adhesion to garments.

For even brighter, fuller, and more vibrant prints, we recommend using it in combination with B-FLEX’s transfer film, available in both rolls and sheets.

Instructions for Use

Dust the glue on the freshly printed DTF film manually or with automatic shaker
Polymerize the glue by melting in an oven starting at 110°C from 60 seconds until completely dry
The glue, when dry, should be shiny, rubbery and orange peel
Shake the film by removing any excess dust

Resistance to Washing

First wash: wait 24 hours
Maximum washing temperature: 60°C
Wash the garment inside out

Conservation

After use, always reseal the powder in its airtight package. Keep away from direct sources of moisture, heat and direct UV light. Store the powder at a controlled temperature (20°C / 35°C).

Thermoadhesive glue powder for DTF technology is supplied in 1 kg airtight bags to preserve its chemical characteristics.
We recommend using one package at a time, opening and completely exhausting each bag before opening a new one to prevent moisture from compromising product performance. TPU powders are in fact particularly sensitive to moisture, so it is recommended to keep the product at controlled humidity (between 40% and 60%).
